Business Process Management provides governance of a business’s process environment to improve agility and operational performance. A structured Business Process Management approach employing methods, policies, metrics and software tools to continuously optimize an organization’s activities and processes.
A Business Process is in fact what business activities are: strategy, production, marketing, hr, logistics, support. Generally, a strategic activity is under the responsibility of a cost center or a profit center. It describes how production planning and control functions are accomplished by successful information systems in process industries, identifies factors that influence the design of the systems that support these functions, and models the relationships between influential factors and planning and control systems.
LEAN Manufacturing
LEAN Manufacturing is a permanent Continuous Improvement Process used to continuously identify organizational areas for improvement. It implements strategies to improve the provision of an ongoing effort to improve products, services or processes etc. It is a set of activities designed to bring gradual, but continual improvement to a process through constant review.
Project Management
Project Management is the science of organizing the components of a project, whether the project is development of a new product, the launch of a new service, a marketing campaign. No matter what the type of project, typically follows the same pattern: Definition, Planning, Execution, Control, Closure.
